Notice of the Annual General Meeting of Eastern Area Multiple Birth Association Inc. (EAMBA)

 

Dear Member,

This is to advise you of the upcoming Annual General Meeting of the members of EAMBA. The details of this meeting are as follows:

 

Date:	Thursday 11 April 2024
Time:	8:00pm
Place:	Online via Go-to-Meeting https://meet.goto.com/778059173

 

At the meeting, members will have the opportunity to: 

• find out about EAMBA’s operations and finances

• ask questions about the operations and finances of EAMBA

• speak about any items on the agenda

• vote on any resolutions proposed

 

At the meeting, members will be asked to vote to:

• accept the minutes of the last annual general meeting 

• accept the annual report

• accept the annual financial statements

• elect committee

 

The following special resolution/s will be proposed at the Annual General Meeting:

Members will be asked to consider and, if thought fit, pass the following resolution as a special resolution: 

“That the Eastern Area Multiple Birth Association adopt new Rules as set out in the notice convening this meeting thereby voiding its current constitution, effective upon acceptance by Consumer Affairs Victoria”.
